Rebuilding key infrastructure for Solibri’s new cloud-based solution

Solibri began to develop a new cloud-based solution in 2019. They trusted Omoroi’s expertise in build, test and software automation and invited us to help to rebuild key infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for the new product.
We started the assignment with a thorough analysis of the current status of CI/CD pipelines and test automation. Together with the customer, we created an improvement backlog and filled it with both technical and organizational tasks. Already in the early stages of the execution, we started to see clear improvements in the development team’s performance.
Omoroi’s generalistic method, open communication, and ability to react to change proved valuable for the customer. Strong technical competence was the foundation, but the ability and willingness to improve development processes and culture made the difference for Solibri.
